By submitting your property to CrowdExpanse you confirm:

1. **Authority.** You either own this property or are authorized to discuss it with prospective buyers and our team.
2. **Consent to contact.** You consent to be contacted by phone, email, or text by CrowdExpanse representatives regarding your submission.
3. **Permission to evaluate.** You give CrowdExpanse permission to evaluate the property and the situation, including running comps, requesting documents, and consulting with our network.
4. **Disclosure.** You acknowledge CrowdExpanse may work with buyers, investors, capital providers, JV operators, or affiliates to acquire, fund, or assign the deal.
5. **No fees.** CrowdExpanse charges no fees to sellers for submissions or for offers.
6. **No obligation.** Submitting does not obligate you to sell. You may decline any offer.

We will use your information only to evaluate and route your property and to contact you about it.
