Terms for participating as a JV partner.

# JV Partner Terms

By participating as a CrowdExpanse JV Partner you agree:

1. You will perform the role you propose (acquisition, capital, operating, or disposition) in good faith.
2. JV interest is a good-faith expression of intent, not a commitment until signed JV documents.
3. You will not contact sellers, investors, or capital providers outside the platform without CrowdExpanse approval.
4. The 12-month non-circumvention protection per opportunity applies to JV interactions.
