# Investor Marketplace Terms

By joining the CrowdExpanse investor network you agree:

1. You are an accredited or experienced real estate investor and your buy-box / proof-of-funds statements are accurate.
2. You will not contact sellers or property owners directly unless and until CrowdExpanse approves a Seller Contact access grant.
3. You will use the information provided in the marketplace solely to evaluate transactions you may participate in via CrowdExpanse.
4. You will not share, reshare, or resell deal details outside CrowdExpanse without written approval.
5. Marketplace access is revocable at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.
