Terms for participating in funding requests as a capital provider.

# Capital Provider Terms

By participating as a CrowdExpanse Capital Provider you agree:

1. Your stated available capital, range, and asset-type appetite are accurate.
2. Funding interest submitted via the platform is a good-faith expression of intent, not a commitment until terms are documented.
3. You will not contact opportunity sellers, JV operators, or other counterparties outside the platform without CrowdExpanse approval.
4. You acknowledge the same 12-month non-circumvention protection per opportunity applies.
